Greer CPW is available Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm to handle normal service requests. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot common issues or answer questions, including:

  • Questions/maintenance requests regarding trees and utility lines
  • Lighting problems in public areas (e.g. security or streetlights in our service area)
  • Questions about natural gas safety/digging

Make sure your phone number is up to date! Occasionally we need to call customers for boil water advisories, planned power outages or gas leaks. Please log into your Customer Service Portal and choose the “notification” tab. This number must be able to answer calls and cannot be to a dial by directory.Learn More
