Starting September 20th, Greer CPW customers who pay their utility bills online and with credit cards will experience a new, more secure way of paying their bill. Greer CPW is cutting out the middle man (us) when it comes to storing credit card information. In our latest release of our customer website, Heartland, a payment processing company, will handle all credit card numbers without CPW being involved at all. “Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud cases nationwide, CPW wants to ensure customers security by adding these extra measures. We hope by just a few small changes, customers will appreciate the long term impact,” said Customer Service and Public Relations Manager Farrah Lister.

Make sure your phone number is up to date! Occasionally we need to call customers for boil water advisories, planned power outages or gas leaks.
